How are roommates matched for the double option?
After everyone submits their deposit, we host a relaxed Zoom meet‑and‑greet. You’ll chat with the full group, get a feel for personalities, and let us know any rooming preferences before we pair you up.
How can I avoid overpacking?
Once your deposit hits, you’ll receive a personalized mood board and packing checklist. This includes location inspo, and suggested garments so you bring just what you need (and nothing you don’t).
How many photoshoots will there be—and who’s shooting them?
Expect several portfolio‑building shoots spread across the retreat. At the moment, I’m likely to be the primary (and possibly only) photographer—models often secure their spots before other creatives do. Rest assured, I’m prepared to photograph each participant in multiple looks and settings.
What if I want to bring some statement pieces of my own?
Please do! Signature items and bold accessories help your images stand out. We’ll factor them into your mood board and advise on pairings so they photograph beautifully.
When are deposits and final payments due?
A non‑refundable deposit secures your spot and unlocks the prep materials. The remaining balance is due October 1st—full details are in your welcome email.
What happens if a stylist or extra photographer does sign up later?
Great news for everyone! We’ll update the shoot schedule to include their expertise and give you additional look slots at no extra cost.
What do “single” and “double” pricing actually mean?
Single rate guarantees you a private room.
Double rate means you’ll share a room with one other attendee. We’re intentional about inviting like‑minded guests, so if you’re paired with someone you haven’t met yet, you can expect good vibes and a compatible roommate.
Will any of the shoots be fully styled?
If a professional stylist registers, we’ll schedule at least one fully styled editorial session. If no stylist is on the roster, styling becomes DIY: you’ll curate your own looks while I guide you on cohesive themes.
